NURSERY -Ages Newborn-Three
Christ Church offers loving, experienced child care for children ages newborn to three years of age. Nursery Hours are from 9:00-12:00 on Sunday mornings. The nursery is located in the last room on the left in the Family Life Center which is our large green building.
We have paid staff members who are ready to welcome your children during these hours. Additional volunteers are also available as needed. They have all been trained in Safeguarding God’s Children, an educational program required by the Diocese of Texas to ensure the safety and protection of your children as well as those who work with them.
We ask that you sign your child in and leave your cell phone number with us. This gives you the security of knowing you can be reached quickly should your child need you. And don’t forget to change your phone from ring to vibrate before going into the church worship service.
There is also a comfortable room located in the church Sanctuary balcony (Cry Room) for parents or grandparents to use as needed. The room is equipped with toys for young children, rocking chairs and speakers so the adults can hear and participate in the worship service.
If you have questions or would like additional information, please feel free to contact Lu McCann at email@example.com

ROOTS -Grades 6th-12th
The Youth at Christ are an enthusiastic group with outstanding potential. According to assessment conducted by two Missioners from the Diocese of Texas, Christ Church is in a place where it needs a passionate, dedicated individual to coordinate the youth ministry.
ADULT BIBLE STUDY
Sunday School is not just for kids. Adults meet at 9:15 on Sunday mornings in the CEC library. This is a time of fellowship and study to expand our knowledge and deepen our faith in Christ. Classes run on a four to six week schedule and can be joined at any time during the study.
Small group ministry is the essential structure for how we carry out our vision and mission at Christ Episcopal Church. Jesus Christ created small group ministry as a primary method of transforming the world through His first twelve disciples. The Early Church continued with this model as it spread God’s Word throughout the world. If you would like to start a small group, please contact the office.
SENIOR SHEPHERDS (SENIOR ADULT FELLOWSHIP)
The Senior Shepherds meet on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. We gather together at 12:15PM for lunch/potluck and fellowship in the CEC Outreach Center.
From time to time we also have programs, speakers and outings that we go on together. We have a great time! Come join us!
