Christ Episcopal Church seeks a caring adult to serve in the part-time position of Children's Chapel Coordinator. Children's Chapel is a prayer service that mirrors the main church service, but is geared for children. The prayers are fixed. the Bible lesson changes weekly. Resources and supplies are provided.

The Children's Chapel Coordinator will lead the weekly Children's Chapel on Sunday mornings during the 10:30 am church service for preschool and elementary school-aged children. The position is expected to require less than 5 hours per week (including Sunday morning) and comes with a $125 per week stipend. It is expected to require 2 hours on Sunday mornings and up to 3 more hours during the week.

The Children's Chapel Coordinator will undergo a criminal background check and must complete our child abuse prevention training. If the coordinator has children, they are welcome to participate in Chapel, and nursery care is provided for infants and toddlers.
